1. Who We Are

This website, basementwaterproofingvinelandnj.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by Bikash Roy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request a quote, call, or otherwise contact us, and how we use, share, and protect it.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

How this service works. Basement Waterproofing Vineland NJ is a referral service. When you call (856) 595-8837, our call team books your inspection with an independent partner contractor, who performs the inspection and any work you approve. At the visit, ask the contractor for its New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor registration number and proof of insurance. Calls are recorded for quality and training.

Call recording and sharing. Calls to (856) 595-8837 are recorded for quality and training, and you are told so at the start of the call. Our call team collects your name, phone number, street address and project details on the call and shares them with the partner contractor so the contractor can book and carry out the inspection. Ringba, a call-tracking and call-recording service, processes the call audio and call details (calling number, date, time and duration) on our behalf. Recordings and call details are kept only as long as described in section 6.

Call hours (Eastern): Mon–Fri 7 AM–10 PM, Sat 8 AM–10 PM, Sun 7 AM–9 PM.

2. Information We Collect

Calls and text messages. If you provide your phone number, you agree that we or the contractor handling your request may call or text you about that request. We do not send marketing text messages without your separate consent. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and scripts) to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. These may include:

  • Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which report on site traffic and usage
  • Call tracking services, which show which pages or ads lead to phone calls
  • Spam protection such as Google reCAPTCHA on forms
  • Advertising tools such as Google Ads conversion tracking, which measure whether ads lead to inquiries

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not work properly as a result. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and learn how Google uses data at Google’s Privacy & Terms page. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; there is no common standard for these, so the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only in these situations:

  • Service contractors. The Site may connect homeowners with independent local contractors. When you request a quote or call, we may pass your contact and project details to one such contractor so they can contact you and provide the service. That contractor handles your information under its own privacy practices.
  • Service providers. We use trusted vendors for website hosting, form handling, email, call tracking, analytics, and spam protection. They may access your information only to perform those services for us.
  • Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If the Site or its business is sold, transferred, or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owner, who will remain bound by this Policy for information collected before the transfer.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose you agree to.

6. Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information only as long as needed to respond to your request, provide the services, keep reasonable business records, and meet legal obligations. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, restricted access, and reputable hosting and software providers. No website or internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank details, or passwords through the Site.

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Ask us to delete your information
  • Opt out of calls, texts, or emails (for texts, reply STOP)

New Jersey and other U.S. state residents. Residents of New Jersey and other states with consumer privacy laws may have these rights under their state’s law, including the right to appeal if we decline a request. To appeal, reply to our decision and write “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond within the time the law requires.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps, review sites, or social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
